    Terms of Service

    Our service agreement, booking policies, and customer responsibilities.

    1. Service Description

    Le Vvintre Living provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Twin Cities metropolitan area of Minnesota. Services include recurring residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and commercial cleaning. Specific services, frequencies, and scope are agreed upon during the walkthrough and documented in your service agreement.

    2. Scheduling & Walkthroughs

    New clients begin with an in-home walkthrough to assess the space, discuss preferences, and provide an accurate service quote. Walkthroughs are scheduled by appointment and must be confirmed in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe conditions, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

    3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens and will do our best to work with you when emergencies arise.

    4. Access & Safety

    Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property on the scheduled service date. This includes securing pets, removing hazards, and providing any necessary entry instructions. Our team reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.

    5. Satisfaction & Re-Cleans

    We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed appointment. We will address concerns promptly and, when appropriate, schedule a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas.

    6. Damages & Liability

    Our team exercises care in every home, but accidents can happen. We carry general liability insurance and will address any damage caused directly by our cleaning staff. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not properly secured. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.

    7. Payment

    Payment terms are agreed upon during the walkthrough and documented in your service agreement. Invoices are issued according to the agreed schedule and are due upon receipt unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may result in service suspension.

    8. Website Use

    The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Use of this website and submission of forms constitutes acceptance of these terms and our privacy practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

    9. Changes to These Terms
