-Serving primarily south of the Twin Cities: Burnsville, Lakeville, Savage, Prior Lake, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Edina, etc.

Full-Time

Starting Pay: $20/Hour

Team Lead

Starting Pay: $20/Hour

Job Description:

Responsible for providing direct supervision to employees, shows leadership qualities, and should be equipped with expert knowledge of cleaning equipment, products and techniques. They should have a great eye for detail, keep their team focused on completing all tasks quickly and with high quality standards in mind, be well organized, and be skilled in multitasking.

Job Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service skills
Maintain a professional appearance
Complete various cleaning tasks that uphold to Le Vvintre Living standards
Be a team player and ensure that honesty and integrity are a part of your work ethic at all times. Strong moral and ethical principles are essential to our brand.
Respect everyone’s homes and treat customer and company property as if it were your own.
Model a clean attendance record and report any needed time off at the start of the week
Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary
Monitor employee attendance, tardiness and time off
Delegate tasks to specific employees based on role and skills
Conduct performance reviews and share feedback with both upper management and team members
Train new and current team members on tasks
Make note of any requests that clients may have and update management on any key information
Report any incidents
Pay strong attention to detail and do a walk-through and complete cleaning checklist after a job is done (should take a minimum of 10-15 minutes)
Send clients time arrivals through jobber before each job and marking the job complete after your walkthrough & checklist have been completed
Keep track of inventory for the team and notifying manager when items are needed, or equipment is needing to be serviced.
Follow homeowner & business guidelines regarding shoes / masks / vaccination policies. If you are unable to follow these requirements, you will be unable to clean that property

Sparkle Specialist

Starting Pay: $18/Hour

Job Description

Performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, glass, washing, and scrubbing walls, vacuum carpets, and sweep floors. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

Pay strong attention to detail

Maintain a clean attendance record and report any needed time off 2 weeks in advance when possible.
Complete your assigned job duties and assist your team with other tasks as necessary
Make note of any requests that clients may have and updating your team lead on any key information
Report any incidents or damages that may happen during your shift to your team leader right away
Keep track of supplies and inform your team lead when products are low or equipment is needing to be serviced
Follow homeowner & business guidelines regarding shoes / masks / vaccination policies. If you are unable to follow these requirements, you will be unable to clean that property
